AI Strategy for DMO CEOs
The AI chat and avatar at the bottom left of the screen were developed with HeyGen. The avatar’s knowledge base was created with 10 transcripts of interviews I’ve facilitated with DMO leaders in 2025, discussing their insights on AI strategy.
That is not a large knowledge base so the avatar’s insights are not comprehensive. The purpose of this exercise is primarily to show opportunities with AI chat platforms.
